Therapy for Individuals, Couples, and Families
Find Out MoreWe are a team of professionals trained and experienced in caring for the mental health of individuals, couples, and families. We know that each of us is born hard-wired to seek connection with others; development and growth occurs within the context of safe, secure, and supportive relationships. We believe that every individual desires and deserves to be seen, heard, and understood, regardless of age or origin; understanding that each of us is doing the best we can with the resources we have available to us in each moment. It is our mission and honor to support you by developing your resources, improving your relationships, and walking with you through the milestones of life.
We offer mental health diagnostic assessments to individuals of all ages to determine a diagnosis and inform recommendations.
Our therapists have specialized training and experience in the assessment and diagnosis of young children (ages 0-5) and utilize a separate diagnostic manual created for this population. Diagnostic assessments for children in this age range include an observation of parent-child interactions and, whenever possible, an observation of the child in another context such as a childcare or preschool setting.
If you or your child has other service providers (occupational therapists, speech therapists, case managers, skills workers, etc.), we seek to collaborate and consult with these providers to ensure that your mental health care is in alignment with the other care you are receiving.
When desired, we provide mental health consultation to teachers, childcare providers, and other caregivers to support their understanding and ability to respond to the mental health needs of your child.
Our therapists occasionally create and facilitate therapeutic and peer support groups. At this time, no groups are being offered. Please check back here for future group offerings or send us an email to make a suggestion or request for a specific kind of group, we’re all ears!
We offer mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families of all ages.

Milestone Mental Health may be considered an "out-of-network" provider for your insurance company. You are required to contact your insurance company prior to your first visit to verify that your treatment will be covered.
