Milestone Mental Health is a group private practice that offers specialized mental health care for children, adolescents, adults, and families. We have a constantly growing waitlist of clients, so we are seeking to grow our group of providers to meet the needs of our community! Our clinic offers four fully equipped play therapy offices, an observation/coaching therapy room with a one-way window including listening/sound equipment, and individual offices.

Positions Available:

Mental Health Professional or Practitioner

Position:

• Mental Health Professional or Pre-Licensed Mental Health Practitioner to provide outpatient mental health services in Oakdale, MN as an Independent Contractor
• LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LADC, or LP preferred but on licensure-track is acceptable as well

Description:

The ideal candidate would be licensed for at least 1 year (but open to pre-licensed providers as well), have experience providing outpatient services, and motivated to build their own practice. Preferred areas of specialization: EMDR trained or certified, Brainspotting, RPT or supervised by an RPT-S, Somatic Experiencing, working with children and families, early childhood (DC 0-5). If not specialized in any of these modalities but you have an interest in one of these specializations, support for professional development in these areas will be provided.

The position involves providing outpatient therapy, conducting diagnostic intakes, creating comprehensive treatment plans, coordinating client care with other providers, and maintaining all client documentation/treatment notes. As an independent contractor you can create your own schedule and have a fully furnished office or playroom office.

We are currently in need of:

• One full-time provider that is comfortable working with adolescents and adults. This provider would be able to work up to 4 days per week carrying a caseload of approximately 20-24 clients per week.
• Two part-time providers that are comfortable working with children and adolescents. This provider would be able to work up to 2-3 days per week carrying a caseload of approximately 12-18 clients per week.

We offer a highly competitive fee split that is based on monthly revenue (up to 70/30). Our clinic offers a steady base of referral sources, EHR, insurance credentialing and contracting, billing, collecting client balances, advertising and marketing, MN Care Tax, a HIPAA compliant phone system and email address, and the flexibility to set your own schedule. We are a supportive group of providers that believe in supporting one another on our professional journeys, peer consultation is always available. If you are not fully licensed yet, supervision options may be available as well. Milestone also offers a generous sign on-bonus as well as a stipend for continuing professional development.
